Creative Web Tech was founded based on a passion for building websites and web applications. We’re not here to become rich, we’re here to provide quality and affordable websites. We also use our time to upskill and learn new techniques and technologies to improve the services we provide.
How can I contact you during business hours?
The best way to contact us is using Facebook messenger or using the contact form below.
We might not always respond straight away, but we will as soon as we can.
It’s best to indicate if you don’t mind us contacting you after hours or on weekends, generally this shouldn’t be later than 6:30pm.
Do you design logos and graphic images?
At this point in time, we don’t have a graphic designer on-site. We can certainly assist by outsourcing any graphic design needs to our business partners.
How much does it cost and take to build?
This is not always an easy question to answer as it will depend on what your requirements and goals are. If you’re using a pre-built template and have all the content, it could take less than a week to have it up and running and might only cost a few hundred dollars. If you’re after something a lot more complex or a web application, it could take months and cost upwards of many thousands.
It’s best to get in contact with us and have an obligation free consolation so we can understand your requirements and work out delivery costs and timeline.
Do we have to meet in person?
Most of our communication can be via phone or emails, but we welcome to meet at your house or office if need be. Sometimes if you’re after a more complex website or web application, we generally will request to meet in person.
Do I need to sign anything?
Yes, we both will. After the initial consultation we will come back to you with an agreement which outlines all the services and costs associated. The reason we have this is to cover both you and us to ensure we have a mutual agreement for the services we are providing. If we need to make changes, it’s a simple process and it does happen often.
Do you operate during business hours?
No, we don’t! We generally operate after business hours as we already work full-time in the IT Sector.
How do you only work outside business hours?
Using our experience working in fast-paced environments and managing completing priorities, we apply the same principles to deliver quality outcomes after busines hours. We will work around the clock to ensure we meet your deadlines.
Do you build Android and Apple mobile applications?
Our focus is mostly on web technologies right now, so we are not providing Android and Apple application development services. We provide web application development, which can achieve the same goals as Android and Apple applications, the only real difference is your customers will visit a website and not download an application from the app store.
Do you really provide an obligation free consultation?
We sure do! You’ll only need to put aside 30 – 45 minutes of your time. The aim of the consultation is for you to provide your website or web application requirements to us so we can provide tailored services. We will then go away and workout costs and the timeline associated.
You’ll need to do some homework prior to the consultation, so we make use of the time we have together. Don’t worry, we will send you some instructions……and you’ve probably already done most of it anyway.
Do I need to know what I want?
Well, it’s entirely up to you! We do ask you to think about what you want prior to the initial consultation as it helps us tailor services, provide accurate costs and timeframes.
We do have clients that simply ask for a ‘website’ and they are comfortable with us taking charge of the complete layout and content.
Do I have to pay upfront?
Not right at the start, sometimes there is payments required during the development and others is paid at the end. It will really depend on what services we are providing and how big the job is. Don’t worry this will be outlined in the agreement we both sign.
